1.1. Sahiba Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to stopping child labor, preventing abuse and harassment, providing health and education services, protecting the environment, and promoting Indian tradition and culture

1.2. Sahiba Foundation relies on the generous support of donors to carry out its mission and programs. This policy aims to provide clarity and transparency regarding refund and cancellation procedures for donations.

2. Donation Refunds

2.1. Sahiba Foundation accepts donations to support its various initiatives and programs. All donations made to Sahiba Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, Sahiba Foundation recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise where a refund may be appropriate.

2.2. Refund Eligibility :

2.2.1. Errors: If an error has occurred in processing your donation, such as an accidental duplicate donation or an incorrect donation amount, please contact us within 3 days of the donation. We will review the request and make reasonable efforts to rectify the error.

2.2.2. Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has taken place from your account, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, initiate a refund in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must report the unauthorized transaction within 7 days of the transaction date.

2.2.3. Project Cancellation: In some cases, Sahiba Foundation may initiate a project that is subsequently cancelled or discontinued due to unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, Sahiba Foundation will provide options to donors regarding the utilization of their donations. If a donor requests a refund for a cancelled project, Sahiba Foundation will process the refund as per the donor's preference, subject to applicable laws and regulations
